The balaced diet is a type of diet that intakes the proper nurtrients
that are good for your body and also help your body keep healthy.
Such as: Water,Proteins,Carbohydrates, Fats,Fiber,Vitamins,Minerals.
Having only one type of food provides us limited nutrients and therefore,
low energy level. It's really important to have variable food to get essential nutrients required for our body.
We can have a piece of bread, an apple, well-done meat and at least one type of vegetable in a meal
in order to have all of the important nutrients in our meal. We should also have fat in our meal but we should be careful not to overconsume it.
